I’ve been coming back for years, including after the place changed owners and became Hostal Cielo, and it’s still a decent place to stay. The rooms are roomy and have cable TV on smart TVs. A few things get in the way: they don’t accept phone or online bookings, daily cleaning can be skipped because they’re short-staffed, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable on the upper floors.
