OYO 245 Patio Inn

I liked how the rooms face an open courtyard with a pool and bar, plus loungers for sunny days. It makes for a relaxing setting. The place also felt comfortable, and everyone was friendly.

I won't be coming back. The receptionist seemed unfriendly toward Filipinos, though she gave my foreign husband a warm smile. That felt discriminatory, and it bothered me to see wives of foreigners treated as if they were all bar girls or uneducated. People deserve respect either way. The room itself was spacious for two, with a big bed, clean surroundings, a large LED TV, and strong shower pressure. The location was convenient, close to everything. But the Wi-Fi was too slow for my business needs, and the pool water looked dirty. The restaurant charged typical hotel prices, so anyone on a tight budget can find nearby alternatives.

It's a calm little getaway, the kind of place where you can sit with friends over a drink, reminisce, and unwind for an evening. The essentials are there, though the rooms could use some improvement. I'd still recommend it for a quiet break.

I first stayed in H-5 from September 7, 2018 to October 2, 2018. It was peaceful, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and understanding. They cleaned my room every day. On October 2 I moved to H-12, the New Deluxe Room, and stayed through October 5. That room was even better. They were building additional features at the time, so I'll definitely come back. I returned in 2019 and stayed in Deluxe Queen, Rm. H-11 from July through August 3. I wasn't disappointed again. I love the hotel and the area.
