Real Suites

The location was great, and the interior looked good, but we booked four rooms because we needed to stay near Rolling Hills and there were no basics like soap, shampoo, tissue, or complimentary water. One guest’s toilet was clogged. They said there was no housekeeping staff available to fix it, so she had to buy her own plunger. The hotel also reeks of sewage. There’s no elevator or generator.

The staff were helpful and polite, and I liked the glass bathroom design. Having Netflix and YouTube was a nice feature since not many hotels have smart TVs. I did find drops of mud or something on the floor when we entered once, probably from the previous tenant, but that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise good stay.

We were given a refund, but after leaving at 12:30 a.m. it was difficult to find somewhere else to sleep. Nobody told us there’d be a private party when we checked in. The owner had rented the parking lot and restaurant-bar for it, and a few hours later there was loud music and people screaming. When we asked how long it would go on, they said until 3:00 a.m. I said that wasn’t right. We complained, but they didn’t seem to care, so we left to look for another hotel. The worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend them for my dog. My poor dog would have been terrified.

The Urit bar in the lobby is a nice spot to chill, and it’s still easy to hear each other talk. The location is good, near everywhere. Staff are very friendly, the room was clean and relaxing, the hot water was good, the AC was cold, and the internet was fast. Great experience overall!
