The bathroom was filthy, with calcified stains in the bucket, and the water that came out was brown. It was so disgusting it made me question my choices, and the heat in there was awful. The sheets had visible stains, and long curly hairs were tangled in the towels. The air conditioning didn't cool the room at all, so it was unbearably hot and impossible to relax or sleep. I asked staff beforehand, and they said the units were working well, which I believe was a lie. They also have a strict “No Return, No Refund” policy. This was the worst stay I've ever had, and the management should be ashamed.

Using vacation rental cleaning services made hosting guests easier. They stick to very strict schedules and don't miss details. Guest reviews about cleanliness have turned out much better.

A last resort for me, though it's close to the bus station. They offer 12-hour rentals.

Just wish the aircon was placed better.
