The location is quiet and peaceful, but it's uphill, so you'll need a car if you don't want to walk to the city center. Our family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities adequate. Most of our group were elderly, and the staff gladly handled our request for an easily accessible room. They assigned one and told us it had even been upgraded to accommodate us. Thank you so much! They were also very responsive when we contacted them online, which meant foreign tourists didn't have to worry about dealing with a place that only expects SMS or Facebook contact, like some other establishments in Philippines. The service overall was way better than Conrad Manila. Keep it up! One small downside was the breakfast change on our second day. On the first day, we could choose any meal from the breakfast menu; on the second, it became a buffet. The food was unlimited but there was much less variety. A government office had an event there that day, so I think they combined their buffet food with ours. It wasn't a big problem, but I wanted to mention it for a fair review and as feedback for improvement. Highly recommended for families and groups, and we're thankful for the great service.

We could hear noise and footsteps in the hallway, and some other guests were noisy. In room108, the cr leaked water in front of the toilet. I don't know where it came from, but it was uncomfortable because our feet got soaked whenever we used the toilet. My husband almost fell on the bed there since it was only double size. On our second day, we asked to move and got room 104. Its bed was bigger, and the veranda, door, and window helped air circulate through the room. A big thank you to frontdesk Ms. Rona for helping us move our things. She's accommodating and easy to approach. The breakfast was yummy, too. The rooms on the right side really aren't good, so I'd recommend requesting the veranda side.

The staff were welcoming and super responsive, and the hotel room was clean with a really nice ambience. I had an excellent 2 night stay. My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the morning breeze with a cup of coffee. The buffet breakfast at Cafe Sophia was good quality, too. I'd highly recommend the Bulalo and Calamares.

We had a three-room villa with three bathrooms, and the price felt like very good value. The restaurant served tasty, clean food, and the service was great. By car, the mall and park are about 10 minutes away.

The hotel is in a subdivision, so don't count on a great view. There are some cute pets around, though, and the staff were good. They can shuttle you down to Marcos Hi-way when you want to go there. The food was good too, especially the Sisig and Bulalo. Our TV wasn't working properly, but the staff replaced it quickly. The bed, unfortunately, squeaked a lot.
