The staff are very kind, and the Wi-Fi is good. The room is very near Burnham, but the walk isn't advisable because it's too steep. There's noise from other rooms, and only two sockets. No elevator either, so after a long day of walking around Bagiou, more stairs are the last thing you want. Towels and toiletries aren't included, unlike at other hotels in the area. The cabinet has hangers but nowhere to hang them. There's a soap holder, but no holders for shampoo or conditioner. The door only has a doorknob lock, with no deadbolt. I couldn't reach them through the Agoda contact number provided. If you're on a budget and can deal with all that, good for you.

The water station was really convenient, and the superior room was especially good, with everything we needed. We stayed four days and three nights, and the staff were very accommodating. I'd recommend it to my friends and would stay here again on our next visit.

We had a spacious two-bedroom unit with enough beds for our family or group, plus kitchen equipment, utensils, and water in the dispenser. It stayed cool without A/C, the shower water heater worked well, staff were responsive and accommodating, and there was some free parking. We booked through Agoda for an overnight trip. A few things to consider: there were a few stains on the bedroom wall, though most of the room was clean, and there's no deadbolt, just the doorknob lock. There's no elevator, so factor that in if you're bringing seniors or a child. We were also misled by the “kids stay for free” wording and had to pay ₱200 for our child, since only infants count as free. For a large group, it may still be cheaper than hotels.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. It wasn't very noisy. There's a free refrigerator in the room, water in the hallway, a TV, a table, and even a spoon, glass, and plates. I didn't use the electric fan. The hot shower didn't work, so the bath was really cold. No towel was provided, but you can borrow one for 50.00. Wi-Fi is free, though the signal was so weak I ended up using my data. BRING YOUR OWN: tissue, soap, shampoo, slippers, towel, and a heater if possible.
