The transient hosts were really nice, and we're satisfied with the service. The house worked well for our 13 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had almost everything, including a working fridge and stove, though it didn't have appliances. There was a shower heater, and even though the faucets were a bit outdated, hot water mattered more in the cold.

We stayed two nights in room 109, which has one large bed, a closet with hangers, a TV, and its own CR. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Unlimited coffee was a big plus. The day-shift male staff member was especially accommodating, considerate, and made us feel comfortable. There were a few drawbacks for getting around: we didn't notice jeepneys on the nearest highway during our stay, so we had to walk or take taxis. It's also farther from the city center than other inns and hotels. Our room had no mobile signal. It got very cold in our room, especially at night. Addressing that would make the rooms feel even better.

For 3.9k, even with the booking app discount and breakfast included, I expected something more decent than plain rice, a small egg, and three little pieces of something I couldn't identify as tapa or adobo. At least they gave us a whole pear. The breakfast could be better. The sink was leaking and the shower knob was broken. I hope the hotel improves its service.

We had a great stay here over New Year's Eve. The place was clean, spacious, and cost efficient. The staff were helpful and resourceful when pointing us to an affordable local car rental.
