Visita Highland Inn

The staff were really friendly, and the building itself is nice. The bathroom was decent too. My main problem was the heat and road noise. Both rooms they offered faced traffic, and with the window open the street was loud. Closing it made the room too warm, and I couldn't sleep for two nights. I appreciated them moving me when I asked, but it didn't solve that issue. I'd rate the hotel four or five stars if every room had a fan. Without one, I'd stay somewhere else.

The room was good, but it could use a fan, extra pillows, and a blanket.

The people were friendly and the location was good, but several basics were missing or didn't work: there were no curtains or towels, and the shower was frustrating to use. We also couldn't get water from either the shower or tap between midnight and 6 a.m. At 3,300 PHP, that's far too expensive. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was clean, but the shower and WiFi kept cutting out. The internet only had a decent signal beside the modem on the second floor. Bedding was also short: just a small blanket, not big enough for Western guests. When I asked reception for another, Marina wanted 100 pesos for it. The staff were friendly and smiling, but I won't stay here again.
