10/10
Lisland Rainforest Resort in Urdaneta City is close to the city center, so it's easy to get to. It offers clean, comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool, and a beautiful natural setting. A popular spot for a relaxing getaway with a bit of nature.

8/10
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the things you need, though they aren't the most modern. The staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating.

6/10
It's quiet and feels close to nature, but this is an old resort that's only somewhat maintained and hasn't kept up with newer places. Service needs work too. My ironed clothes were delivered to another room.

They should let guests know earlier when the pool is under maintenance, so we can choose another date.

2/10
This is specifically about the pool. It could have been better maintained, and the rules around the pools need stricter enforcement. Many children were left unattended, and some ate near the pool even though the rules said not to. The bathrooms were flooding, while guests in neighboring huts played music loud enough for the whole resort to hear and didn't turn it down when asked.
