The rooms and home staff both get 5 stars. The comfort room is a 4, while parking and the cooking/dining area are each a 3. It’s within walking distance of Baguio Market Place and Burnham, and there’s free WiFi and an LCD TV. The shared cooking and dining space is a downside, as is the limited parking.

The rooms were clean, the water heater worked, and it’s close to the city center. Parking is limited and there’s a 10 pm curfew. The reason for the five stars is that a friend accidentally left a valuable item behind, and the staff returned it.

There’s a Paresan right outside, with silog meals from 75 and soup starting around 30php, very cheap compared with eateries charging 150 for silog meals. The staff were helpful, and I had a pleasant stay. The place is only about a 5-10 minute walk from Burnham Park and the Market. Our room was clean, and the TV and water heater worked well. The common kitchen was useful for cooking, boiling water, or keeping food in the refrigerator. I do wonder why there are negative comments.

We got confirmation, but they hadn’t reserved our room. Staff were rude, and there were cockroaches in the room. Yikes.

The shower was broken, the blanket had stains, and the TV reception was poor. Staff were rude.
