Zya 3BR A-House

The house had plenty of space for our group of 12, with three rooms and three beds in each. There was no air conditioning, just electric fans, which seemed fine for enjoying Baguio's weather. Every room had pillows, sheets, and towels. The two bathrooms had water heaters, and the kitchen had a stove, fridge, microwave, basic water dispenser with no hot or cold setting, electric kettle, utensils, and cookware. There's also a giant TV in the living room. The accommodating caretaker collected the garbage every day. We had no other complaints, and the stay was good overall. If you can, pick a room in the left wing for the magnificent morning view. Just be prepared for the location: the house is far from the main road, and the route is rough and narrow enough for only one vehicle at a time. We also got lost inside Alphaville a few times.

The caretaker was very hospitable and accommodating, and the view was okay. It was also quiet at night. Getting there is difficult on foot or by vehicle, though. The road after the highway isn't paved, so drive carefully. Waze and Google Maps weren't helpful when we tried to find our way back.

A cozy old house with very basic amenities. It has two floors, two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs, plus a large living and dining area, another bathroom, and a room downstairs. The garage fits one car, and there's wifi. Families on a budget may like having the option to cook. It's near Camp John Hay and PMA, in a quiet neighborhood, though downtown is quite a distance away. Getting there can be a challenge because the village road isn't paved.

We had a happy, satisfying stay at Zya for three days and two nights. The house was comfortable, cozy, and quiet, and the caretaker was friendly. It works well for a big family. We'd recommend Zya transient, it was worth staying there.
