We arrived as walk-ins at 3 a.m., and the staff were still up and really accommodating. Our room was ready, clean, and just a bit small. Even the floor was so clean I couldn't feel any sand. There's a shower heater, though the bidet was broken. We only stayed four hours, and having parking right in front of our room made it easy to get our things without going back and forth. Still a great stay. I'd probably come back.

The room felt small for what we paid, and I had to keep asking for towels and blankets. The toilet also wouldn't flush properly, so getting everything to drain was a hassle. Breakfast was free and simple, but I don't understand why they cut it back on our last day. Other hotels at the same rate can provide much better service.

We just needed somewhere to spend the night so we wouldn't have to drive back to MNL late. It's a simple place, close to the main road, shops, and restaurants, and it has the basics like toiletries, a toothbrush, and slippers. Our dog could stay for an extra fee. The AC worked well. Breakfast was light, just coffee and hot pan de sal, but simple and yummy. The staff were great. Nothing fancy, but I'd definitely stay again.

The location is good, right across from Vista Mall Bataan, but the room felt cramped for the price. Room 12 had no WiFi signal and no cable TV signal. There's no phone in the room, and the hotel hadn't updated room availability on Agoda or other booking sites.

The staff are really kind, and the hotel is close to Vista Mall. It's affordable for Balanga, Bataan, though a bit far from the city proper.
