Boracay Luxury Apartments

It looks nice, but it's managed so badly that you could be left out on the street in the middle of the night. Avoid it at all costs.

A good choice if you're looking for somewhere quieter on Boracay Island.

I stayed in a ground-floor apartment, one of the budget options. The price was among the lowest I found on Boracay Island for a place with a kitchen, which felt like a real find. It's at the quiet, less crowded 3rd station, just a one-minute walk from the sea. The kitchen has what you need, even a blender, and I enjoyed making shakes and smoothies with fresh fruit. Check-in was contactless, and the owner and manager replied quickly on messenger. I once left my keys inside and slammed the door shut, but they responded fast and sent a girl to help. The air conditioner works, though the fan doesn't work at all. The furniture is old, and there are tiny ants everywhere. The apartment gets no sunlight, so it smells damp. There isn't really a room window, or rather, the one there is looks onto the kitchen. The entrance isn't very pleasant either, with piles of bags and trash containers. The door seems swollen and sagged from the damp, and takes effort to open. I have to lift it to open and close it. The toilet also doesn't flush well. I'd have liked curtains in the kitchen that were easy to open and close. There's a roller blind, but it's fitted in a way that makes it hard to lower. In the evenings I improvised with a towel and a pareo to keep passersby from looking in. If you're after budget accommodation, you can overlook these issues and enjoy the beautiful sea close by.
