Our top-floor apartment had a huge balcony, wooden floors throughout, a lovely bathroom and a spacious living room. It was clean and well looked after, and the people working there were wonderful, as were the two dogs. We arrived to a warm smile and a room upgrade, which was much appreciated. At the end of Station 1, the hotel stays quiet at night, while a 10-minute walk along the beach brings you to the full, colorful, noisy, crowded life of Station 2. We got the best of both worlds. A beautiful place, highly recommended.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were polite and nice. The room was clean and spacious, with toiletries provided and comfortable beds. It’s only a few minutes from the beach. We could hear some outside noise, but it didn’t really bother us. I stayed here with my sister.

We had a large room with a beach view, which made the location at the end of the beach feel just right. Punta Rosa is literally next door to the Lind and Destiny 5 star hotels. I stayed for two days on 1/11/25. One thing to keep in mind: for a single woman, getting back at night can feel a bit spooky if the tide is in. The beach is gone then, there’s no easy road or sidewalk, and you have to walk the last 100 yards near or among the trees.

It was clean and beautiful, with good internet and a calm setting close enough to walk to White Beach. What I’ll remember most is how friendly, efficient and attentive everyone was. The receptionists, breakfast servers, drivers and all the other staff were always smiling and so willing to help my partner and me. I’m incredibly grateful for the service. Thank you so much. P.S. You’d love having breakfast there ✨🪐🫶🏻

The Punta Mare room was a decent upgrade, though the view from it wasn't that amazing. At 6,000-6,500 pesos a night, it feels off to pay extra at breakfast for a second fried egg, mango smoothie or fresh fruit juice. There were dogs everywhere, which didn't make a great first impression, and the staff being on their phones looked unprofessional. I can imagine this being a lovely boutique hotel with charm, but whoever has taken over has missed the personal touch the place deserves. What a shame.
