The team’s care and attention made the stay feel welcoming from the start. Staff greeted me warmly and seemed willing to go the extra mile, which left me feeling appreciated. The comfortable atmosphere made it easy to relax, and I was impressed by how dedicated everyone was to giving guests a memorable experience. I’d be happy to come back.

The security guards were my favorite part. They were so lovely and helped us with lots of things. The manager was amazing too, clearly very good at her job. I expected a nice place, but it turned out to be a hundred times better than I thought. Management should know they have the best staff in the country. Highly recommended.

For what the room costs, I didn’t find anything special about it. The TV is small and wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, and the phone was broken, so we had to go downstairs whenever we wanted to order. Noise carries into the hallway even when people are only talking quietly. Some rooms don’t have windows, some AC units don’t work, and the manual water heater sometimes fails. The shower wasn’t good either.

I’ve stayed at this resort twice, and among the resorts right around Bugallon, Pangasinan, this one stands out as the best. The pools are clean and working, the showers function properly, and the sheds are kept in good shape. For events, Ma’am Weng, the event organizer, was very helpful with my questions and made the planning interview a good experience. The food served at the occasion was perfect and stayed warm throughout, and wine is available when needed. Our reserved event room held 50 people. The resort provides decorations, a TV, and a microphone, but projector use isn’t included. Let the organizer know if you plan to use one, because the decorations may block the area where the image needs to go.
