The service was a letdown. We left two plastic office organizers with marketing brochures, but they said nothing had turned up in Lost and Found.

We only visited on a day pass for a swim, so I can't really speak to the rooms. We arrived around 10 AM on a Friday and found it quiet, with very few guests. The staff were amazing, the food was good, and the whole place felt peaceful. I'd go back.

There’s plenty of parking and security. Food is available from 7 AM to 3 PM, with big servings at a cheaper price, and it was AOK. The staff were attentive and okay. I had a great time eating at Gazebo Pools and Restaurant. There was a good mix of dishes, and both the appetizers and main courses were a treat. The staff took good care of me, and the calm setting overlooking the pools made the meal even nicer. My room was clean and roomy, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The decor and furnishings made it feel cozy, and I could relax on the private balcony or patio and take in the surrounding views.
