Getting around is easy from here, with taxis and jeepneys nearby. Malls surround the area too. To save money on the airport trip, you can take the magnum van for 196 pesos, I think, if I remember right.

I went there for a meeting and workshop. The meeting areas were spacious, the toilets were clean and looked after, and the staff were approachable. There’s parking for both cars and motorcycles. The food wasn’t always good, though during our four-day workshop they served us the best buffet set so far on one occasion.

At the wedding of my niece, the catering service was a horrible experience. I don’t know if the catering staff were connected to hotel management. They wouldn’t let us take any pika², even though we were very hungry and I thought those were there for people waiting for the ceremony to end. The staff also left before the guests had finished eating, and some guests didn’t get rice. I saw them taking drinks while guests were still eating, and the person in charge of the pika² eating some of the food they were serving. My daughter saw them take a lot of lechon before the guests were done, and then it was all gone. The air conditioning wasn’t good, and the remote didn’t work. The service was very poor, and we didn’t like it.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the restaurant food was good. The location is great, close to everything. Honestly, the staff are why I didn’t give it one star. The hotel badly needs updating. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t cool much, the TV didn’t work properly, and there was no hot shower. The furniture was old, scratched, and torn, with plastic or fake plants and flowers around it.
