Seda Centrio Cagayan De Oro

The Executive Club Lounge was the highlight, especially thanks to Ron, who was attentive, helpful, and went out of his way to assist us. The whole team made us feel welcome and were professional. We had a Premier Room on the 11th floor with our infant. It was spacious enough for all the baby travel gear, and the bed was so soft that we all slept well. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, the amenities were top-notch, and we all enjoyed the pool. A smooth stay from beginning to end. We’ll be back!

Everyone at Seda Centrio was friendly and helpful, and the hospitality really made me happy. They’ve taken ideas from some of the best hotels and resorts and put them into this newer place. The pool is beautiful and breakfast is so good, too. I’ll visit again when I’m in town.

The hash brown at breakfast was soggy, like it had been sitting too long, even at 7am. Still, breakfast was decent and I was quite satisfied with everything else. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower had enough pressure, and the slippers were good quality. My sleep was badly affected by a strange electronic noise near the TV in Room 710. It kept going even after I turned off the AC. Probably a one-off, but it was almost perfect apart from that.

The staff were so welcoming that we felt at home. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options, and the gym and pool have opening hours that work well for travelers. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, too. A very nice hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying at Seda Centrio if you visit Cayayan de Oro.
