Bayfront Hotel Cebu - North Reclamation

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from SM City Cebu, with easy access to transportation. The modern, inviting hotel has clean, spacious, well-designed rooms, cozy beds, and amenities that made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help throughout my stay. Bayfront Hotel Cebu North Reclamation offers comfort, convenience, good service, and value for money. It deserves five stars.

The hotel is right beside the bus terminal, which made it easy to travel to Malapascua Island and back. There's a big mall just outside, next to the station. Many local people spend time there, since the city itself is very poor and, I hate to say it, dirty. The staff were courteous and well trained, and the restaurant food was good. It's a nice place to stay.

The hotel was comfortable, well located, and had helpful staff at the door. Breakfast was okay, though not fantastic. At the airport taxi stand, there was some confusion when I was asked which Bayfront hotel I meant. I wasn't expecting that question, and I was tired and frazzled with no Wi-Fi to check my booking. With the language difficulties too, the ride took longer and was less direct than it could have been.

Bayfront Hotel helped make two family occasions memorable: my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and my grandson's first birthday. The staff were accommodating and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The venue was clean, elegant, and beautifully arranged for our celebration. The food was delicious and came on time, and everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We appreciated the warm hospitality and would recommend the hotel for special events.
