The rooms are consistently clean, quiet, and great, and you can walk to Ayala Mall. There are so many good shops and restaurants around. I had the dinner buffet for $18, and it was incredible, fresh, and really delicious. My waiter Paul was amazing, but honestly the service was even better than the food. Judy, Myline, and Elaine treated me so well.

The food was delicious and well prepared, and the staff made the meal even better. They were attentive, friendly, and easy to approach. Kate (Supervisor), Kim, Princess, Rosel, and the rest of ojt’s made us feel welcome and looked after. I had a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend it.

At Quest Hotel Cebu, Paul made my stay especially enjoyable. The rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight, with a great place to cool off on a hot day and good bar service. I stayed two nights in a deluxe room, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I enjoyed the large breakfast buffet each morning, especially the Philippine dishes. There was a big selection and the food was good. My room connected to the one next door, so I could hear my neighbor. They were loud the first night and it interrupted my sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d ask for a room that doesn’t connect and is away from the elevator.

Traveling as a family, we felt welcome at Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu from the moment we arrived. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, and their care made the stay special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the hotel had a relaxing feel after long days out. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, satisfying food, good variety, and warm, attentive dining staff. Thanks to the team at Quest Cebu for making the trip memorable. Their hospitality and professionalism stood out, and we’d gladly stay again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu.
