We couldn't stay because our flights were cancelled amid the conflict in the Middle East, and we want to thank the hotel team for how they handled it. Even though the reservation couldn't be refunded, they understood how unusual the situation was and showed real empathy. Their kindness and focus on safety meant a lot during a stressful time. We appreciate their goodwill and would book again when we're able to travel. Highly recommend them for their humanity and professionalism.

We accidentally booked for a day after our actual arrival, then noticed a few hours later and asked to change the date. They refused, even though they had a room available. There are much kinder people in the Philippines who deserve your tourist money. I wouldn't count on these folks for help with anything.

The pool was nice, but I wouldn't come back even if the stay were free. In the fan rooms, the windows have mesh instead of glass, and there is no soundproofing. Dogs and chickens made loud noise from both the front and back all night, so I lost most of my sleep. It felt like sleeping on a chicken farm. None of this was mentioned in the room description when booking.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting Coron Palawan. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially JULIET. My only comment is about the internet in the room. We had to go outside to get a better connection.

Chill staff, and you can have a drink and a smoke by the pool, which is rare in the Philippines. The rooms are only mediocre, but all in all, it's pretty good.
