The carpet had an odd smell, and getting a taxi turned into a real problem. The staff couldn’t arrange one for us, so we nearly missed our flight. The hotel is close to the airport, though, and well located.

The damp smell in the room was so bad that I didn’t sleep well. I was really disappointed, and the broken door didn’t feel safe for people staying there. I don’t like leaving bad feedback, but I need to be honest.

Hello, could someone tell me where Zen Premium Hotel Magallanes is? We searched for it on Google and ended up at Green Sun Hotel, but I still can’t find its location. Is it in the same building as Green Sun?

For the budget price, it was good, even though I only stayed one night.
