The view made the stay worth it, and the owner and staff were such warm, friendly people. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming to animals. The floating breakfast was a highlight, and breakfast tasted amazing, though the rest of the food was bland. A few things could be better: the front window wouldn't lock, the shower had only a small amount of warm water, and the rental car was very old with possible safety issues. It also wasn't worth the higher price. Still, the scenery and kindness of the staff made the stay worthwhile. Thank you!

We loved the view from our room, where I could spend hours lying or sitting on the bed admiring the beach, calm water, and clear sky. The rooms are modern and clean, the pools add a luxurious feel, and we watched the sunrise from bed each morning. We also ordered floating breakfast twice and thought it was fantastic. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Epic suites is a wonderful place for people who love cats and dogs, since they rescue animals. Sky was a favourite, always greeting us with a wagging tail and lots of kisses. I enjoyed talking with the owner Lucia about the animals she's rescued and her work to raise awareness with locals. It was lovely to see the cats and dogs so well cared for. If you're not comfortable around them, the staff can keep them away. The staff gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. They're efficient, caring, proactive, and genuinely interested in chatting with guests. A special thanks to the drivers, Joy, angel, Eric, carlo, Marco, Ronald, and Lai. They were diligent and nothing was too much trouble. The animal rescue was also one of the highlights for us. We highly recommend the hotel-organized trip to Pamilacan. We saw wild dolphins and turtles, and that day felt like a dream come true. Ask for Joy once you get to the island; he's great at spotting wildlife. Next time, I'd stay longer and book all the activities through the concierge for convenience. Our flights were cancelled because of a typhoon, so we had to stay on the island for two more nights. We panicked that we wouldn't find somewhere to stay, but the concierge arranged for us to come back. It honestly felt like coming home, and we're so grateful to the staff.

The team at epic suites were some of the kindest people we met in the Philippines. They worked hard to make everything easy, from ordering food or asking for service over WhatsApp to opening the door just before we even realized we were about to go through it 😄 We had such a great few days and wished we could have stayed longer.

The breakfast was really good, and the pool was even better than expected. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the stay felt like great value. The employees were so kind that I’d honestly come back just for them, haha. Definitely recommend staying here.
