For somewhere affordable near SM Ecoland Davao, I'd recommend this place, but my stay as a visitor to Davao had some problems. The bathroom was clean, although there were used shampoos and soap left behind. It wasn't a big issue for us, but that could be improved. We booked for two people and got only one blanket, and it was too thin, so we wanted to ask for extra ones. Whenever we got back from touring, usually between 6 and 8 p.m., the staff weren't there to help. The listing advertised a TV, but it wasn't working when we checked in, according to the staff. That was disappointing, since a strong typhoon was about to hit the Philippines and we hoped to watch the news. We tried using the WiFi instead, but the signal was weak. My devices connected only near the door, and even there it was about two bars. The router turned out to be public WiFi shared by all tenants, with no signal of its own in the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to digital nomads.

The staff were really helpful and made sure the room had what we needed. The rooms are very nice, and I'd stay here again on a future visit.

We missed our flight, so I messaged the manager on Agoda to change my booking date, but never got a reply. Then they sent an automated message asking me to leave a review.

The location is handy, close to SM Ecoland, and the area is quiet and peaceful. Trikes don't always come into the area, though. They also offer monthly rent, so it's worth asking the front desk about rates. We booked through Agoda and got a unit with a double bed. It felt like a studio and had nearly all the utilities we needed, including toiletries, a refrigerator, and cookware. There were separate sinks for the kitchen and the laundry area, in front of the CR. The TV wasn't working, unfortunately, and the WiFi was a bit weak. Service was great, and they listened to our needs.
