For 600 pesos a night, you get a single air-conditioned room with its own bathroom and cable TV. There's no window, and I didn't think it was good value.

For 1000.00 pesos, the A/C and shower were weak, the bed was small, and there was no fridge or water.

Handy spot, especially if you're after local bars, nightlife, or food nearby. It's a 3-star hotel, so keep your expectations in check.

Room 9 had worn-out furniture, and the water pressure was slow. For the quality of the rooms, it felt expensive.

It's very close to Dumaguete port, which was convenient. I slept well in the room and didn't have any creepy experiences.
