Plaza Maria Luisa Suites Inn

The hotel's atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly with top-notch service. I recently stayed at the Plaza Maria Luisa Suites Inn Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it for a comfortable city stay! 5/5.

The rooms were clean and okay, though they could use some upgrades. The place has a vintage feel, but the birds in the third-floor hallway made me uneasy. So many had nested on the ceiling, and we could hear them from our room day and night. We were put in a room along the road, where passing vehicles made it hard to sleep. Then blasting noise from the park across the street woke us early Saturday morning.

The food was a highlight: Vietnamese-inspired and exceptionally well-prepared, with great quality and taste. We booked a family room, and the service was commendable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the towel we got was worn out. Housekeeping also came in with a spare key even though we'd asked for cleaning later, which felt concerning and like a breach of privacy. The soap bottles hadn't been refilled, and the hairdryer didn't work.

I appreciate the times I worked at your Company, and I'm grateful for your continued support and the motivation you give me. I'm glad my effort to close this deal was recognized. I feel good about how efficiently I handled it, and I hope I keep making you proud.
