The shared bathroom was cleaned thoroughly during the day, and my room was super clean too. The staff were helpful and even stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout. I had a wonderful night here before flying out of dumaguete the next day. We ate and hung out at the upstairs restaurant, which was a great space. The one drawback is that it's not very close to the central shops and restaurants, so plan ahead if you're walking or taking trikes.

The steak special was 2 for 1000p, and the filet mignon came out well in a reasonable time even with our large party. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely designed, and I'll come back. Finding it takes some effort: it's not clearly marked how to reach the top-floor restaurant, and the street parking across the way can be confusing and inconvenient if you haven't been there before. The food was very good for the price.

From Nov 3-5, we paid around P1,800 for two nights in a room with a shared bathroom, which felt like a really good deal. The bathroom was spotless, almost as if it had been cleaned after every use. The staff were warm, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable. There's also a rooftop restaurant where you can relax over a meal. We had a great stay at Kingswick Residences and Lodge and would happily return and recommend it.

The shared bathroom was always clean and in good shape, and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good and reasonably priced. 5/5, I'd stay again.

Affordable rooms can be booked online, and the restaurant is a favorite of ours, especially for the amazing view of Mt. Talinis. The food is really good and reasonably priced. We always go for the steak, which is good quality and cheaper than at other restaurants offering steak. The staff are very accommodating. This place is a real hidden gem.
