The bed and room were very comfortable, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in the Philippines so far. The cleaning staff might be the best in the world. They don’t just clean, they organize things left on the floor, making them easier to find the next day. Service stood out from our first visit to El Nido. The lobby is open 24 hours, staff speak great English, and they’re attentive and quick to respond on WhatsApp. They even helped with a dinner reservation and arranged a tuk-tuk to Nacpan Beach at a better price. The location is convenient for the port and within walking distance of pharmacies, bakeries, and local restaurants. There’s also a sweet dog and cat. The shower splashed water all over the bathroom, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. If that doesn’t bother you, I definitely recommend staying here. IG: anthony_dominguezz

We were on the first floor, so we could hear noises outside. We slept okay, though light sleepers might want to ask about other options. We had twin beds, and I liked the new TV that let us watch YouTube. The breakfast selection was really filling, and the dog and cat inside were adorable. They gave us a refreshing welcome drink and a bracelet at checkout. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days, and I love this place!

The service was very good and the people were lovely. The hotel is in the center of El Nido, which is handy, but that area is very noisy. Some rooms face the street, and being near an intersection makes it hard to sleep. If you stay here, ask for a room at the back.

The room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed, decent air conditioning and a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the team kindly let us order ahead so we could head out on time for scuba diving. La Palme is handy for everything, but quieter than we expected given the location. We loved the welcoming, attentive staff, plus Sunday the dog and Dua Lipa the cat. Would happily recommend it.

Everyone was so friendly and quick to help whenever I asked for something, and I felt at home the whole time. The hotel is in a great spot, and I had a lovely room. If I’m back in El Nido, I’ll stay at La Palme again. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a nice visit.
