We had a great time at Payapa Hotel and would stay again. It’s a quick walk to the main street, shops, and beach, which made getting around easy. Our room was clean and nicely presented, with fresh towels each day and a roomy bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC, refrigerator, WiFi, and microwave all worked well.

Our room had a lovely ocean view, and being right by town didn’t mean it was noisy. The place is in the heart of el nido, and the room had a kitchen with some appliances, a great bathroom, and beautiful views for a good price. The staff were so helpful, especially Beth, who made us feel welcome and helped us find activities with her recommendations. Turnover service was great too. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a magnificent view. We weren’t bothered by street noise. I’d recommend staying there, but take care when arranging a transfer to Puerto Princessa. The pickup time wasn’t communicated correctly, so we waited more than an hour before leaving. The van was quite old and didn’t have proper luggage storage.

Check-in and check-out were easy thanks to a responsive, accommodating host. We stayed overnight and found the place spotless, cozy, and just as the listing described. The bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Such a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. We’d definitely come back and recommend it.

Payapa El Nido is ideally placed close to the bars, restaurants, and nightlife, and we left feeling rested and grateful for the stay. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome. They’re warm, kind, and always happy to help, nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Highly recommend this gem in El Nido.
