There was no shower, and the water kept getting interrupted. A bad smell outside the room drove me to stay outside the building.

The receptionist woman was very good, but the other staff made a lot of noise in the public hall and seemed careless about guests. I don’t understand how people like that are hired to work with guests.

The exposed pipes in my room carried the sound of water whenever the comfort room above was in use. Still, the location is ideal, within walking distance of Iloilo Festive Mall, one ride from SM Iloilo, around the corner from the public market, and just steps from Jaro church. It felt safe, and the hotel gate is locked late at night until early morning. Service was amazing and the crew were accommodating. Regular check-in is 2PM and checkout is 12 in the afternoon. Early check-in costs 50Php per hour, and they may switch your room if you come early because of the sanitation schedule. They sanitize each room before and after use. The crew aren’t available later in the evening, so get what you need before settling in for the night, since you might not be able to go out. The room is checked before checkout.

This place is rotten. How is an establishment like this still operating? It should be closed for good!
