Yes Hotel Imus Cavite

After checking out on May 1, I went down to the lobby and stepped out to buy a drink. I returned about 15 minutes later to ask about my purple earphones and charger, which I’d left plugged in by the bedside. They said they couldn’t find them. I feel the housekeeping staff may have been dishonest, since there was no reason for those things to disappear when I’d left them charging.

We had to scramble for somewhere else to stay and pay extra, since Yes Hotel made no effort to help beyond offering a refund. My guests had booked through Agoda two weeks earlier, but when they arrived, they were told there were no rooms available. I’m incredibly disappointed that the hotel gave our rooms to someone else without even letting us know.

We were left waiting for more than five hours without a place to stay, which was extremely stressful. We’d booked a month ahead and paid in full, but on arrival were told there was no room because of overbooking. A confirmed booking should be honored, and the hotel shouldn’t have accepted it if it was full. The staff were polite and clearly trying their best, so I see this as a management failure rather than a staff problem. The poor handling and lack of accountability left me very disappointed. I don’t recommend this hotel.

This is about the hotel and its management, not Carlo and Lester, who are both excellent at their jobs and with CX. I’ve stayed there on three different occasions and kept coming back because of them. My last visit, though, was frustrating and disappointing because of management issues. The hotel has good people, but it’s bleeding them through the way employees are treated. It’s also become expensive, while the room service is incomplete: no water, no sleepers, and you have to work hard to get your breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend going there now. You’ll have problems, and your stay could turn into a nightmare.
