There was no elevator, and the room wasn’t soundproof. The lighting was poor, and the standard room came with only one bottle of water, no complimentary coffee or tea. The toilet bowl smelled awful even when it wasn’t being used, so we had to keep the door shut. I didn’t tell reception because I was tired and only staying one night. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was clean, the food and WiFi were okay, and the staff were all nice and accommodating. The one bad experience was with the guard. He saw us carrying heavy luggage but never helped open the door, and didn’t assist when we parked or left either. He just watched us, then went back to looking at his phone.

This is a dependable, clean budget hotel, and the breakfast was nice. Kim at the Front Desk is very beautiful, and the security guard was helpful. On our last day the bathroom drain clogged and caused some flooding, but the front desk took care of it. It wasn’t a big deal, and I can’t fault them for how they handled it. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Legazpi.

They have a few parking spaces out front, plus another lot beside the property. That lot can be tricky to maneuver in because of its shape, and the gate is often kept halfway closed to stop non-clients from parking. Staff are courteous and engage well with kids. Free WiFi is available in both the rooms and lobby.

Good food, a convenient location, and clean rooms. The staff were nice, and the water pressure was good too. Everything about the hotel was good :)
