The three bedrooms were clean and roomy, and the air conditioning worked. The place is a little worn down, but it has a pool about 5'8" deep, a smaller hot spring pool, billiards, and karaoke. I'd still recommend it. Just be aware the subdivision ordinance limits karaoke hours from 10pm to 10am.

I wasn't satisfied. This felt like a water heater resort, not a spring resort. I don't recommend it to my friends.

The pool is fine and a good size for adults and kids. I hope they cut back on the chlorine, though. One room also had no air conditioning, and some amenities need upgrading. Still giving it four stars.
