The experience wasn’t relaxing, and the hotel lacked hospitality. It’s really only a place to sleep, parking was a hassle to find, and the receptionist at check-in wasn’t accommodating. There are a lot of policies with fees. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

They accused me of breaking the window blind and kept my deposit, but I never touched it. Then the guy got aggressive and threatened me. I felt scared and unsafe. What a terrible experience. From reading the reviews, it seems like this may be their scam.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It’s roomy enough for two, with a bed, sofa and small pantry. An iron is available for PHP200 a night, though there’s no hair dryer. We arrived at 8am after a 3:55am flight and paid PHP100 per hour for early check-in, plus a PHP1000 deposit. We were short on cash and couldn’t get GCash set up, but the hotel let us pay later that day. There’s a laundry place across from the building and a convenience store less than a 10-minute walk away. I felt fine going for a run in the morning, when a few other people were out too, but I’m not sure I’d walk to the store at night. It’s affordable and spacious, though I’d look elsewhere if being near shops or a mall matters to you.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the original price seemed reasonable. But a towel with a little foundation stain led to a charge equal to a whole night’s stay. Staff said the towels were new, though they clearly weren’t, and I thought the fee was ridiculous. This happens at home and I just wash the towels. I’ve never faced a charge like that elsewhere, so I’d bring your own.
