This is a nice place to live as a condo. It feels safe and calm, and the guards’ attitude is above average. The mall connects directly through the underground parking lot, which is a little confusing and indirect, but it’s very convenient.

The building is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and respectful. They open every door for you and always call you sir. There’s never a massive Blackpool, which is great for morning swims.

Just a few meters from my favorite Starbucks for a chill.

The room was spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and housekeeping efficient. The location is good, and the staff are friendly and professional. But I wasn’t impressed with the facilities. The shower pressure is too weak, and the water is either scalding or cold, with no way to get a comfortable temperature. The mattress is noticeably worn on one side and needs flipping or replacing. For me, the bed and bathroom matter more than the other amenities. I’ve stayed at other extended-stay properties, and this is the first without a restaurant on site. There’s no room service, and breakfast means choosing from three places off site.

I had a breakfast meeting here and liked the atmosphere. It wasn’t too crowded or noisy. The condo is nice and sits behind Rockwell Powerplant Mall.
