We booked the apartelle because it was near my kids' place, but I won't book it again. The room itself was nice and clean, but the water pressure was so low that showering was hard, and the videt didn't work. We stayed five days, and they didn't change the bedding even though I asked. Water and toiletries were only supplied once, on the first day. They didn't give us a gate key, so we had to ring the doorbell five or six times to get in. There wasn't a staff member in the office to help with our needs. Poor service.

We had a booking today and arrived at 2pm, but the gate was closed. There was a doorbell, though I don't think it was working. It's now 3:26pm, and nobody has accommodated us despite our many calls. If customers live far away, do they really have to wait an hour or more? Such a hassle.

The gates were shut when I got there, and all the lights were off. Nobody was in the office, and no one answered the calls. What a waste of time.
