For 850 php, maybe you get what you pay for, but this was the lowest end of hotels in Asia for me. The AC worked, but there was no fridge, no shower rose, and the plumbing was loose enough that I needed both hands to turn taps on or off. The sheets had holes, and there were actual bed bugs, which I'd never seen before. There was no hot or cold water, no cups, spoons, or bowls, just a bed and a bidet with a pipe for a shower. No towels either, I had to ask.

The main trouble was the unreliable water and power around the inn. Water could be cut off for hours, leaving you unable to shower, flush, or use the sink, and the electricity also went out unexpectedly. There was no internet, so bring a good data plan or download movies and offline games. For about $35, the family "suite" has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a balcony, and outside space. Inside, the rooms are plain, with thin mattresses and a small open closet; the living and dining rooms are adequate and have a refrigerator and water cooler. The showerhead sits above the toilet, so the shower and toilet are combined. Most of the perks felt just "meh" at best. It's only slightly good if you're on a budget.

There's enough parking at the back of the building, and they accept cash, GCash, and credit cards. The place was clean for our overnight stay and great value for money.

A simple, clean place that's really cheap, especially for travelers on a budget. The rooms are basic but have air conditioning. Rates are 575 with a shared CR or 850 with a bathroom.
