Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza

The hotel is a little far from the city, but the location was okay. Customer service could be better. Guests need clearer directions when they arrive, such as where to turn or go up to find their rooms. There's no lift, and it would also help to explain whether breakfast is plated or buffet style. The rooms are in an older building, which was fine, but the hallways and bathrooms could use better lighting to improve the feel and guest safety.

Our favorite things were the price range and the free breakfast. For a three-star hotel, it felt top tier. We'd happily book again after an amazing stay. A small request for management: please replace the TVs with Smart TVs and improve the internet connection. It would be nice to watch Netflix when you're tired from traveling and want to sleep in.

The location was great, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and responsive. Breakfast choices were limited but acceptable, and the restaurant food was decent. We'd booked a pool-view room through Agoda for four nights, but at check-in we got a room with no view, at the far end of the second floor in the old building. It was dated, one single bed had a crooked frame, mobile signal was poor, and Wi-Fi was usable. The small, old bathroom had what looked like mold on parts of the ceiling. A speaker in the ceiling played a radio-like sound all night, which was distracting, especially with a child. We raised this the next morning and staff moved us to a higher-floor room with only a partial pool view. Mobile signal improved, but Wi-Fi was weaker. It was still outdated, but better.

There was plenty of parking and no parking fee for clients, and comfort rooms were available. But the slope up and down was dangerously steep, and it scraped the underside of our vehicle. This terrain seems suitable only for pickup trucks. Whoever designed it didn't do a good job. It was scary.
