The kitchen was big and came with a stove and other utensils for cooking. The room and bathroom were spacious too, and there was plenty of water compared with other Airbnbs. We had a nice, peaceful stay, and it was fun going out with the friendly, accommodating owner. The place is close to diving beaches, the tourist area, and White Beach. I do wish the kitchen had AC. We only had a fan in there and sometimes opened the door to let air in, since the AC was just in our room.

It's in a quiet spot, about four minutes by car from White beach and eight minutes from the city center, so it was a nice way to be away from crowds and loud music. The room had a huge, comfortable king bed, AC, another fan, and a spacious kitchen combined with the living bedroom. There's also a separate terrace with a table, chairs, and a bench for evenings. Davide made renting a scooter easy, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. From the Moalboal bus station, we took a tuk tuk (taxi) for 250 php, though the fare might be negotiated lower.

We spent two lovely weeks in Vila Teresa. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean with everything working well. It was easily the best accommodation we had in the Philippines. Highly recommended!
