The Bellevue Manila

My daughter had a great time, and is already asking to come back to Bellevue. She loved the pool, and thanks to the staff member who offered to inflate her floaters. She enjoyed the bathtub too. Our room was clean and well maintained, and breakfast at Phoenix Court was a first for us. The selection was good and healthy. We were back at the hotel for a product launch, and although I expected some check-in technicalities, those were settled quickly and we were accommodated. The keycard didn't work at the elevator, but the concierge fixed it promptly after we reported it. Later, after fellowship night, we got back to our room past midnight and I couldn't open my luggage. I was disappointed at first when no one answered my call and I learned maintenance ended at midnight. We went down to the concierge, who promised to send someone. Help arrived quickly and fixed it. Thank you for saving my day.

We stayed here for Wanderland 2025, writing this late. The room was spacious and cozy, with a nice bathtub and a view of the pool. The location was perfect for attending a nearby concert, and there were lots of places to eat.

The birthday cake mattered, but what stayed with us was how Bellevue made my mom feel remembered even from far away. We’ve stayed here many times, and this visit marked her birthday, an important family milestone. Management took our small request seriously, made a lovely fresh cake, and sent her a warm birthday message. The staff’s care and attention are why Bellevue Hotel Alabang remains our go-to. It’s a comfortable, elegant place, but more than that, it helps make meaningful memories.

The room was spacious for the rate, and we stayed overnight for our corporate event at Bellevue. Dinner at Qsina was very good, especially the roast beef, and I liked the ice cream too. Joshua handled our food service and payment; he was proactive and stayed on top of everything.
