For Php 850, the room comes with free breakfast, and the beds are cozy and the room clean. It’s also easy to get around from here. If you’re just passing through, you can book for 3 hours for Php 330.

Biliran Inn is right in central Naval, close to shops, terminals, and places to eat. The rate is reasonable, everything was very clean, and the new air conditioner got really cold. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d happily stay here again if I return to Naval, and would recommend it to travelers and people stopping over. Kudos to Biliran Inn.

I was woken up at 6 am when staff opened an iron door. The walls were so thin I could hear the next room’s TV, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The bathroom was a bit dirty, and the bedsheet smelled bad.

The towel had a lovely scent that helped me relax, and the service was very good for an affordable price. The room was comfortable, with a/c, cable tv, wifi, and a hot shower. Breakfast was included too.

For 850 pesos with breakfast, it was a bargain. The room was small, but had a hot shower, a good vanity, and a separate air conditioner, which is unusual in the Philippines.
