Holiday Suites

Our room was spacious, and the staff were hospitable and soft-spoken. Sir Aris greeted us with a smile and made the morning go smoothly. We enjoyed the pool and other facilities, and the familiar-tasting food was good, especially during the holiday season. They fixed a concern with the TV, but Netflix and YouTube still didn’t work despite the TV being connected to the internet. The refrigerator wasn’t working either. We’d still be happy to return to Holiday Suites.

The pool was clean, and the indoor fitness gym was a particularly good facility. I found the room at Holiday Suites attractive and quiet, and chose it because of its location for a business trip. A water dispenser near the gym would be useful. The bathroom bidet pressure was too low, and the sliding door in the dining area was difficult to use. I’d rate the stay as good.

We liked the pool and found the beds comfortable, with a good air-conditioning unit and a very good shower with a sliding door. The room itself was decent. The hotel is across from the mall, close to restaurants, and offers a free airport shuttle. JP on staff was very helpful, and everyone was friendly. There was a sewage drain smell in the bathroom, though, and we think the floor had been cleaned with dirty water because it felt sticky underfoot. The emergency light stayed on while plugged in.

Breakfast was a real plus: a buffet each morning with three viands. The pool and gym were well kept, and the internet connection was stable. I found the room spacious, clean, and maintained, just right for relaxing after training and work. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The complimentary drinks were refreshing too. I was sad to check out because of my budget, but I’m looking forward to returning on a leisure trip. I highly recommend Holiday Suites for comfort and good service.
