The staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit, especially Sir Romeo, Ma'am Diane, Ma'am Nadyn, Ma'am Lourdes, Ma'am Yany, and Ma'am Erika, along with everyone laging naka Vow. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the location was convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the facilities were better than I expected. Everyone was professional, friendly, and ready to help. I enjoyed the stay and would happily return. Great comfort, service, and value for money.

The food was delicious, and the room was nice with cool air conditioning. Supervisor Romeo handled our reservation, Cashier Nadine welcomed us with a smile, and Waiter Ardee brought our food quickly. We'll definitely come back.

A lot of people think SOGO is only for couples, but it also suits families, vacationers, friends, or solo travelers looking for peace of mind. The menu in the room shows the delicious food on offer, and service is fast. Employees are courteous, always smiling and greeting customers, which makes me feel relieved and gives me good service. I'll definitely return. Thanks to Nadyn - Cashier, Lourdes - Telephone Operator, and Arlene - Supervisor for making that kind of service happen. Thank you, Toldz

The Minions theme made me smile 🥰🥰🥰, and I’ll definitely come back to Sogo Cabanatuan. The place was a breeze to stay in, with clean facilities and a professional team. Their food is underrated, especially the Crispy Pata, which is a must-try. It’s unusual to find a budget-friendly hotel that keeps up this level of hygiene and food quality. Fantastic!
