ZEN Rooms Ninoy Aquino Airport

It's very close to Terminal 4, and walking there is faster than driving in the city's awful traffic. The building has an elevator, and the room was a good size with a clean bathroom and working AC. This is AKA Nichols Airport Hotel, in a dirty, rundown neighborhood. The hotel itself feels somewhat rundown and sits on a noisy street. The staff were less attentive than I'd expect by Filipino standards, and the building could use some cleaning.

The staff were good, and I'd suggest the cafe since the nearby restaurants aren't anything special. It's handy for a quick night in Manila before an early flight, with an easy, not-at-all-unsafe walk to the domestic terminal that takes about 10 minutes.

For a budget hotel, PHP 1700.00 for a Superior Queen was an okay price. It's accessible to NAIA, has friendly staff, and is near fast food places like Chowking, Jollibee, and Dunkin Donuts. The room was clean, but the sheets, towel, and pillows weren't new, and maintenance is needed. It also wasn't what I expected from a Zen Rooms, since it didn't have Zen Rooms tagged toiletries or bottled water.

The rooftop has a great view and bar, and there's a coffee shop downstairs. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom is clean too, with amazing shower pressure. It's close to the airport, and the staff are friendly.
