The room had everything I needed, including a TV, dependable Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a safe, and the bathroom was spotless. The whole place has a lovely feel to it. Staff were very accommodating, especially the waiters, who stayed on top of what we needed during meals. I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it.

The modern design, clean surroundings, and breakfast food all made for a great experience. I did notice a problem in room 113, though: the shower area wasn't draining well, and I saw a lot of earthworms crawling there. Please disinfect it and fix the drainage. Thank you.

There’s a small, clean pool, though a convention beside it means lots of people pass through that area. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can order room service. Since it’s relatively new compared with nearby hotels, it was very clean, and the service was great. Highly recommended 😊

I thought everything was fine until they charged 200 pesos because the bathroom floor mat towel got dirty. Isn't it meant to get dirty? If anything spills, call the cleaning crew. Don't clean it yourself, or you'll be charged.

The outdoor seating was available, and the venue was very neat and clean. They also had Muslim friendly washrooms. We held my brother's wedding reception there, and they organized it very well. The hotel has a great ambience, and the staff were well trained and cooperative. Very satisfied.
