The staff were easy to approach and made us feel welcome. Our room and sheets were clean, and the food was so-so, with Wi-Fi that was okay. The small washbasin was the main drawback, especially since the bathroom door got in the way of using that area. Still, we had a pleasant stay at Aerostop Hotel.

We only found out about the breakfast charge when we checked out. We had booked through agoda, where breakfast was listed as included, and nobody mentioned an extra cost before check-in or when we ordered.

The pool stays warm enough for a comfortable swim at night, and the grounds are clean and well cared for. It’s kid friendly, too. They welcomed us with drinks, and we could charge meals to the room and settle everything at checkout. The fried chicken meal is worth ordering. The staff were nice and well trained, and the stay met our expectations for a place that doesn’t cost much.

The restaurant team stood out, always friendly and attentive, and breakfast was delicious with good coffee each morning. Everyone at Aerostop Hotel treated us kindly and made us feel at home. The service was thoughtful from check-in through our meals. This was our third stay, and it keeps improving. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The bathroom needs some attention, especially the rusting parts, and slippers and liquid soap would have been useful. I really enjoyed the food, and the staff gave excellent customer service.
