I couldn't last 15 minutes before checking out because the place made me feel sick. There were cockroaches everywhere, in every corner, and the bathroom was so dirty I didn't want to step in. The linens looked like they hadn't been washed in ages, and the dark, creepy room was filthy. There was no signal anywhere, and the smell was so bad I couldn't sleep or rest. They also keep the only key, their 'master key,' with the staff, which felt completely unsafe. This is the worst inn I've ever seen. Don't waste your money, time, or sanity. Stay far away.

The room was dark, the floors were sticky and dirty with junk food debris, and cockroaches were everywhere. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad. In the CR, the drain was clogged and full of hair, the water pressure was low, and the water heater was broken. There was no Wi-Fi and the room had poor signal. They said they couldn't give me a key because they didn't have a duplicate. This was the worst experience ever.

I wouldn't stay here again, and I strongly urge others to steer clear. The room had a horrible musty smell, dirty, bad-smelling bedsheets and pillows that seemed not to have been cleaned properly, and a cockroach crawling around. There was no Wi-Fi or TV, and no signal at all, so it felt like I was cut off from the world. They insist on keeping your room key when you go out, which is ridiculous and inconvenient. How can you leave your belongings safely if you can't lock your own door? This stay was an absolute nightmare.

For a simple place to sleep during a longer stay in Quezon City, this is still my first choice, though I'd say not to expect too much. Rates are P600/12 hours and P1000 for 24 hours, with checkout timed from when you checked in. The hotel/apartelle has seen better days and, as of 2024, seems to be slowly withering away. Cleanliness and maintenance no longer seem to be the owner's priority, perhaps because they've recovered their investment. In 2016 there were slippers, toiletries, and a TV. Now the bathroom linens, pillows, bedsheets, and blankets need replacing. I've stayed many times and never once received complimentary linens or bathroom items I could use without second thoughts. Still, what can you expect at this price? They do not honor senior citizen or PWD discounts.
