I booked a Premium room for 6 hours at around ₱900+, and paying by card was a big plus. The room was simple, with basic items like slippers, towels, and soap. The bed was standard but comfortable enough, and the water pressure was strong with a working heater. There were lots of guests when I visited Hotel Sogo – North EDSA, so check-in moved slowly; eventually, the supervisor radioed for more lobby staff. You get what you pay for.

Ms Lanny led a warm, accommodating team last Monday. She was approachable, professional, and friendly, and helped us feel secure. The location was clean and suited all our needs during the stay. I’ll recommend this branch, and my family and I will keep coming back. Thanks for making us comfortable!

After a tiring day at work, I found the room at Hotel Sogo North Edsa clean and very comfortable. Supervisor Andy and Miss Kamille were helpful and accommodating. Kudos to the branch. Babalik ako promise.

The reception team responded quickly both over the phone and in person, and I’m grateful for that. Most of all, thank you to the valet runner who turned in my shoes after I lost them in the parking lot. The staff showed real care in looking after what guests need, even the things they don’t ask for directly. Thanks again, Ritz, Ezra Eve, Ricks, Irwin Moises, and everyone who helped.
