For what you pay, it feels like you’re getting twice the value. The rooms are huge and comfortable, with super cold air conditioning. I was surprised by how good the hotel was. The restaurant downstairs serves very good dinners and has a good selection, and breakfast there was much more than I expected. Cheers!

Sucky place! 🙄 The washrooms are on the ground floor, with just two cubicles. They’re very hot, and there are no hooks or ledges to put your things. The whole hotel is so warm that the front desk staff are busy fanning themselves 🤭. The lobby and coffee shop are as hot as outside, so it’s not a good place for a meeting. Today is day 3 of our 5-day seminar for pollution control officers of the Philippines, and I can’t absorb the lectures in this atmosphere!

It’s a quiet hotel on a fairly calm street, so you don’t have to rush getting out of a car or taxi. The location is handy too, close to the MRT station, shops, and some restaurants.

It’s close to ABS CBN and there are pubs, bars, and restaurants nearby. The building is a bit old, but it’ll do. The entrance has stairs straight up to the lobby, so you may have to go around to find wheelchair access.

Residents and guests are throwing cigarette butts and soapy laundry water into the garage of their neighbors at 157 Mo. Ignacia. They should use ash trays or trash bins for cigarettes and their own drains for laundry water. That driveway is part of someone’s home, not a garbage dump.
