Stellar Place Condominium by Martrell

Getting around is easy from Stellar Place Condominium, with shopping centers, schools and transport hubs nearby. The property is in a prime area, and its modern architecture, spacious clean units and scenic views make it a comfortable choice for professionals or families. The units are tastefully designed, too. Staff are friendly, security is efficient and management responds well. There are convenience stores and restaurants, plus a fully equipped gym, pool and secure parking. Parking availability can be a minor issue, though. Overall, I’d give it 5/5 and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, security and accessibility in the heart of the city.

The lobby and roofdeck make a strong impression on residents and visitors alike. The open layout, kudos to DMCI, means the homes get good ventilation. I’ve seen plenty of condos in Quezon City, and this one ranks right at the top, maybe even #1. It’s along Visayas Ave, right beside Wilcon Home Essentials, so it’s very accessible. The people who live here are lucky.

I stayed here in 2016 and had a great Airbnb host. Security was great, and it’s close to shopping and entertainment, with a small mall just down the street. Everything was very nice. Just expect traffic delays if you head out during rush hour.

The service feels as slow as your connection 😅, and the hallways don't seem to get cleaned much. There are always elevator problems, and inside it smells like dog pee or cigarettes. It's okay naman, but that's just my experience. I don't mean to be rude 😶.
